  1.          Okay, if you are reading this file then you'll understand
  2. these instructions. in order to enjoy this file (starfish.flc), you
  3. will need autodesk's windows flic player. its available on America online, 
  4. and most other online providers. on aol its listed as"aawin".
  5.  
  6.          once aawin is installed load "flc", return again to file and
  7. open anim settings, slide radio button until frame rate is at 15 frames  
  8. per second (IMPORTANT) . i havent used dos flc player on this clip. if you use it
  9. you must specify frame rate on the command line.
  10. next goto options (top menu) click down and 
  11. select load in memory.if your video memory permits then under options 
  12. select full screen.looks really cool.
